Please notice that ALL our items are inspected for faults before shipment. If we received the goods and determined that you have damaged/soiled/used the items, we have the right to deny your claim. The goods will be returned back to you at your expense. For your own protection, please return your item(s) via insured mail to their full value. If they are lost/damaged in the mail we can NOT exchange or refund unless you have insured the items.
If you make a mistake and select the wrong size, exchange is available to you if:
You contact us within 2 days after the delivery.
You return your item(s) Undamaged/Unsoiled/UNUSED.
You have not treated your item(s) in such a way that decreases their value.
You return both the products and their packing cases/holders in the same condition you received them.
Please note that you need to contact us first before shipping your items. Tell us your order number and tracking info of the good(s) you want to exchange. We refuse ANY exchange made without reasonable proof of purchase.
