  • Most of product displayed on the website are stored in our warehouse located in United States (both Western and Eastern). You should receive your product within 3-4 days after the checkout in most cases.

 

  • For products not located in our US warehouse, unless noted in the ordering pipeline, MINAKY ships all items within 3 days after receiving the order payment. You will receive a notification of any possible delay or cancellation of your order if there is a situation.
  • For order with amount more than $100, we use DHL by default except for special cases.

 

  • For order with amount more less than $100, we use Post Service or E-PACKET by default except for special cases.

 

Shipping time for items not located in US warehouse depends on destination and courier. The following is the estimated shipping time.

Although we provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world, there are some locations that we are not able to ship to. If you happen to locate in one of those counties we will contact you. Most countries including United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, European countries, Korean and Japan, we provide free shipping.

 

Be sure to leave your correct addresszip codemobile phone number (not a landline phone number), and the recipient's name (must be 2 or more words, not shorthand).

After shipping,you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.

When the courier is being delivered, please pay attention to the tracking information and receive the package in time, otherwise the courier will be returned or destroyed. 

If you receive a message asking you to clear customs, please be sure to complete the customs clearance procedures, otherwise the goods will be returned or destroyed.

Buyers are required to pay customs duties. We ship free of charge but do not pay customs duties.
